Hethe learned his work ethic at a very young age.  While growing up in Marshalltown he would sweep the floors of the local tire shop and learned to change tires. Hethe kept that momentum going and over the last 15 years has worked in several areas of the construction industry. Because he loves to learn new things, he decided to move into his current position at Cutting Edge Painting. Hethe has learned all aspects of our company and wears many hats. He makes sure our day to day operations are running smooth including all of our equipment. Hethe believes the keys to success are hard work, dedication, and doing it right the first time.

Hethe lives in Nevada with his wife Rebekka, their son, Zach just graduated from ISU. He enjoys doing home improvement projects, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends and family.
